Products and orders

We sell surplus, clearance and resale stock. Read each listing for the quantity supplied, condition, included accessories and any disclosed faults. A job lot is supplied in the quantity stated in its listing. Descriptions such as used, untested or spares or repair do not remove legal rights.

Please check your items, quantities and delivery address before placing an order. We will email an acknowledgement when we receive it. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we explicitly confirm acceptance earlier. If stock is unavailable or we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for that order.

Prices and payment

The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charge and total payable are shown before you pay. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We will ask you to agree any correction to a pricing error before proceeding; otherwise the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1 day. Delivery options, charges and estimates are explained in our shipping policy. Pallet and specialist transport must be agreed before ordering. International ordering will open only for supported destinations and products.

We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or someone you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer. If delivery fails or an order is delayed, contact us so we can resolve it.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Our returns policy explains the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period, return costs and refund process. Please contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged or do not match their description. We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your legal rights.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information. For a complaint, email us with your order number and what went wrong, or write to our business correspondence address above. We will investigate and contact you about a resolution.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. The terms accepted when you place an order apply to that order.
