Changing your mind

You can cancel an online order without giving a reason up to 14 days after delivery. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. Tell us by emailing info@resellersupply.co.uk, then send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Include your name and order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. You do not need our approval to exercise a cancellation right.

Return costs and condition

You pay return postage for a change of mind. For goods that cannot normally be posted, we will give you the return transport cost before you buy. Please pack returns securely and keep proof of postage.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item's nature, characteristics and function. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

For cancellation of a complete order, we refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for express delivery is not refundable for a change of mind. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where the goods are faulty or not as described. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit your legal rights. Clearance, used and spares-or-repair descriptions do not remove those rights; the condition and any disclosed faults form part of the description.

This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
