Shipping policy
Dispatch
We dispatch orders within one working day. Dispatch is when an order leaves us; delivery takes additional time.
UK parcel delivery
- One ordinary small-parcel item: £4.99 Standard delivery.
- Two or more ordinary items: £6.99 combined Standard delivery per order.
- Larger clothing multipacks, including our Henbury six-shirt pack, Jack & Jones five-shirt pack and Portwest four-shirt pack: £6.99 Standard delivery, including when ordered on their own.
A listed multipack counts as one item at checkout; the larger multipacks above use the £6.99 rate. Delivery is charged on every order, including orders of £50 or more.
We use Royal Mail parcel sizes and prices as our guide. Orders may be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or another suitable courier. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.
International delivery
International ordering is being prepared and is not yet available. We will confirm supported destinations, services, charges and delivery estimates before international ordering opens.
Pallets and oversized stock
Pallets, heavy or oversized items requiring specialist transport are excluded from ordinary parcel rates. Please contact us with the item and delivery postcode or country before ordering so we can agree the delivery arrangements and price.
Delivery help
If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, email info@resellersupply.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve it.
